Can I fly the Helicopter?
Yes. Our Instructor will assess your ability and give you trial on each of the controls.
Can I take a friend?
No. It is illegal to take passengers on a Lesson and our Pilot Training Helicopter has only two seats (with the Instructor in one of them).
Do I need a Passport
You should bring photo ID so that we can issue a boarding pass that will take you through the security gate.
What time do I need to arrive for the flight?
You should arrive 15-20 mins before your flight to allow for check-in and pre-flight briefing.
Is there somewhere for my family/friends to wait?
Yes, they may wait in out Reception Area or in the Car Park
Can we stop along the way?
Training Flights are required by Law to be from Airport to Airport so there can be no stops during the Trail Lesson.
Can I take photographs?
You are encouraged to take photos and video and to share these with us however, don’t forget that you are there to fly.
Do I need a coat?
You don’t need to wear anything specific and the helicopter does have heating however a light coat may be useful when waiting to board.
Is there an age limit?
You need to be able to reach and operate all of the controls (which are non-adjustable) and to take instruction so a Trail Lesson may not be suitable for people under 14 yrs old.
What if the weather is bad and the flight is cancelled
